When the awardee observes all the Messier objects, they receive an honorary certificate in addition to their regular certificate. Dates when each certificate is awarded are listed for each awardee. There are a few certificate numbers not listed. The missing numbers are duplicate certificates with a few people being issued as many as three. There was also a problem with lost mail and some people were issued different numbers for their honorary and regular certificates.
