    [M99, M. Germano]

Martin Germano created this image of Virgo Cluster spiral galaxy M99 with his self-built 14.5" f/5 Newtonian. It was exposed 90 minutes on hypered Kodak Tech Pan 2415, taken in March 1995.

    [M99, M. Germano]

Newer image of M99 by Martin Germano, taken in April, 2004. This image was taken with his 14.5" f/5 Newtonian stopped to f/6 (12"), a 115 minute exposure on hypered Tech Pan 2415. Represented is a blend created of the 2004 image and above one.
